Israeli and Palestinian Guides Together

Another post about the good people at Tiyul-Rihla. Early last month, I took part in a special two day seminar for Israeli and Palestinian tour guides. This was a unique opportunity to explore important sites together, to discuss important issues surrounding our identities, and to think about how tourism can be used to address the conflict. Along the way we visited Tel Azeka, Tel Beer-Sheva, Masada, Susia, and Battir. It was a great trip, and I hope to be involved in further initiatives like this in the future!
