Healing Across the Divides

I've just returned from guiding a ten day study tour (on behalf of Mejdi Tours) for an incredible American NGO called Healing Across the Divides. HATD assist Israeli and Palestinian health care organizations improve the health of Israeli and Palestinians within a community based framework. We visited a number of great healthcare initiatives across Israel and the West Bank, including projects to combat breast cancer, improve child safety, and provide asylum seekers with better healthcare access. As the pictures show, there was also time for sightseeing, as well as some fantastic food and wine!
