Jerusalem Deliciousness

I had the pleasure of guiding a couple of chefs from London around Jerusalem the other week, so naturally I wanted them to taste something a little different. I took them to a place in the Muslim Quarter which only serves one dish - the pastry in the picture. It takes twenty minutes to prepare, and is absolutely delicious.
